Tax Collector

Marc has been serving as Old Saybrook’s Interim Tax collector since late February of this year. He succeeded Carol Rzasa who was appointed Tax Collector after Barry Maynard’s retirement in April 2022.

 

Marc has been an Old Saybrook resident since 2010. He is currently a member of our Zoning Commission and also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Old Saybrook Historical Society.

 

The position of Tax Collector is not one with many opportunities for change but what he does promise is to continue, as his predecessors did, treating the tax payer with dignity and respect.

In his spare time, Marc enjoys playing bridge, fishing and woodworking. He is always working on some project for his house or for his grandchildren.
